Get Cash for Your Electronics at Costco

Costco's Trade-In Program

Costco has a new Trade-In & Recycle Program, powered by Gazelle, that pays you with Costco Cash Cards for your cast off electronics. The cash cards are good for anything at Costco in their stores or online.

Electronics include laptops, cellphones, LCD monitors, digital cameras, video games, and much more. And the nicest part, they’ll give you an instant estimate on what they’ll pay you.

Gazelle also removes any personal information from the old gadgets and resets them to factory settings.

The Trade-In & Recycle Program is available to all Costco members, but for those of you not a member, you can go directly to Gazelle and sell.  However, Gazelle pays Costco members about 2.5% more for their electronics than it does through their normal service.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Follow this link to the Trade-In & Recycle Program
  2. Find the value of the items that you want to sell
  3. Gazelle provides the mailing labels free of charge
  4. Once your items are evaluated, you’ll receive your cash card within 10 days.
