Taco Soup—Quick and Easy
This recipe is quick, easy and a sure hit!
Taco Soup
- 1 ½ diced grilled chicken breast (can be leftovers from another meal)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- One packet of your favorite taco seasoning (mix as per directions)
Optional:
- Corn
- Tomatoes
Mix all ingredients into a large saucepan. You may need to add water to get it to the consistency you prefer. Let simmer for a couple of hours.
Serve with corn chip strips and a dollop of sour cream.
