Sage Advice

What is wrong with me?  Time and time again I saunter down the spice aisle at the grocery store, remembering that I need to buy some basil to have on hand next time I reach for my empty jar. I pat myself on the back that I remembered this often-forgotten item, and even used a coupon to snag the best price.

Now I have 4 bottles of basil in my pantry, plus a huge one from Costco! No lie. But sadly it’s my Sage bottle that’s empty and needs refilling, and definitely not my Basil jar. For some reason that I can’t fathom, it’s a strange memory block that I have against Sage.  What did Sage ever do to me? I’ll never know.

According our own blog post on Health Promoting Spices, sage helps builds better brain function. There’s my problem! No Sage = No Brain Function! No Brain Function = No Sage! What a viscous cycle.
