Ciabatta tomato bread
Ingredients:
- whole grain flour - 350 grams
- tomato - 1 pc (150 grams)
- onion - 1 piece (100 grams)
- slaked soda vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- a mixture of Italian herbs - 2 tablespoons
- olive oil - 60 ml
- salt - 1 teaspoon
Preparation: 
1. Put tomatoes, onions, oil, herbs, salt in a blender and chop until smooth. 
2. Mix flour with baking soda. 
3. Add liquid ingredients to flour and mix. 
4. Roll up the sausage and divide into 8 pieces. 
5. Form a ciabatta, sprinkle with flour and place in the oven for 30-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
