This recipe is quick, easy, and a sure hit!

Taco Soup

  • 1 ½ diced grilled chicken breast (can be leftovers from another meal)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 small can dice green chilies
  • One packet of your favorite taco seasoning (mix as per directions)

Optional:

Mix all ingredients into a large saucepan.  You may need to add water to get it to the consistency you prefer.  Let simmer for a couple of hours.

Serve with corn chip strips and a dollop of sour cream.
